Our administrative Success Team handles all the “behind the scenes” real estate business with each transaction. Jen oversees the Success Team and the daily operations of the entire team, working to streamline processes, expand the team, and facilitate the professional and personal growth of all members of The Prather Team. Prior to joining The Prather Team Jen was the Associate Executive Director of an independent YMCA in Western NY. She is a graduate of Georgetown College.
