Payne Homes is a well-established company that has been in business for over 25 years its
owners have over 120 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Payne Homes builds throughout the Central Kentucky area primarily in Richmond, Lexington, and Georgetown. We build in neighborhoods and on scattered sites. They are the exclusive builder in Shiloh Cove and Tuscany Subdivisions and a preferred builder in Fieldstone, Shiloh Pointe, Shiloh Crest, Magnolia Pointe, and Derby Chase Subdivisions. They also take pride in building in other communities such as Pleasant Valley Subdivision in Georgetown and the Summerfield subdivision in Lexington, close to Hamburg.
